Purdue University MEP’s Leadership Development training series addresses the recurring management challenges that every leader confronts on a daily basis.  This series is recommended for business owners, supervisors, management and teams and executives.  Register for one workshop or the whole series!

Leadership is an Attitude:  February 15

This workshop will help you assess individual attitudes and understand motivation.  Learn attitude adjustment techniques for creating productive work environments.  Learn to achieve organizational goals by understanding employee needs.

Leading with Effective Motivational Techniques:  March 8

This workshop will help you assess individual attitudes and understand motivation.  Learn attitude adjustment techniques for creating productive work environments.  Learn to achieve organizational goals by understanding employee needs.

Effective Communication:  March 22

This workshop will explore the reason why communication efforts fail and then discover techniques to help improve your personal communication skills.

Managing/Improving Performance & Coaching Job Skills:  April 5

This seminar will help you master the coaching skills that ensure peak performance and maximize goal achievement from your people.

Introduction to Teams and Team Building:  April 19

Learn to identify and develop the knowledge and skills required to build and lead teams effectively.  Participants will discover the difference between work groups and work teams and discover ways to create synergy.

Rodney brings more than thirty (30) years of industrial and business experience in management positions in human resources, training and development and manufacturing.  Rodney is recognized as an accomplished and outstanding professor in Purdue University’s Technology Leadership and Innovation Department and has received several teaching awards.
